Each year, Ford Motor Company recognizes individual employees who have contributed to this mission. The Employee Excellence Awards are given to staff members that achieve the highest honor in the 2012 Employee Excellence (e2) Program. This program recognizes the best of the best in the Ford and Lincoln Dealer Network in the area of Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Training. This year, four Acton Ford employees were honored with this prestigious award.
