This week we are going to continue our series on getting to know the faces of Acton Ford. This week I sat down with John Donohue, Sales and Leasing/Sync Specialist here at Acton Ford.
How long have you been with Acton Ford? How long in the car business?
Being local to Acton, I have been at Acton Ford for 10 years. This is also where I started my career in the automotive sales field.
What is your favorite Ford model and why?
I can’t pick just one.
What do you like most about what you do?
Every day is different. Every customer that walks through the door is different. I enjoy that variety.
What is your goal for each and every customer?
I strive to make the experience of buying a vehicle easy and relaxed. It is often one of the largest purchases someone will ever make. To make the experience easier on the customer is my goal.
What do you think is the most important aspect of your job?
I think putting the customer with the right vehicle that will meet their needs.
From your perspective, why should your customers do business at Acton Ford?
I think the process here is more clear cut and transparent than the big auto groups. We are able to make it more personal, being a smaller dealership.
If you could own any car, past or present, what could be your dream car?
A 1955 Ford Thunderbird, red.
