This week we are going to continue our series on getting to know the faces of Acton Ford. This week I sat down with Gordon Chan, Sales and Leasing Specialist here at Acton Ford.
How long have you been with Acton Ford? How long in the car business?
I have been with Acton Ford for 12 years, as well as in the automotive industry for 12.
What is your favorite Ford model and why?
After thinking long and hard about it, I have to pick the Fusion Hybrid. The styling, ease of handling, safety, plus amazing fuel economy make it a favorite.
What do you like most about what you do?
I really enjoy meeting the different customers, every day is different.
What is your goal for each and every customer?
My personal goal is for my customers to leave 100% satisfied.
What do you think is the most important aspect of your job?
Everyone may say this, but it really is the most important aspect. I want to understand my client’s needs so I can match them up with the vehicle that can best meet those needs.
From your perspective, why should your customers do business at Acton Ford?
While great customer service is certainly our goal, it is also about the long term relationship. It is about more than just buying a car, it is the whole package.
What was the first car that you ever owned?
A Ford Mustang. I can not recall the year, but it was orange/yellow. It was quite the car.
If you could own any car, past or present, what could be your dream car?
A Ford Mustang, without hesitation. Any year or model, but perhaps the GT.
